ASUU RESUMES INDEFINITE STRIKE IN KADUNA STATE UNIVERSITY


 The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Kaduna State University (KASU) branch, on Thursday, resumed its suspended indefinite strike over the government’s failure to honour previous agreements with it.


This is contained in a statement issued by the institution’s ASUU Chairman, Dr Peter Adam, made available to newsmen in Kaduna


According to him, the issues in contention included non-payment of withheld salaries, earned academic allowances, promotion arrears and non-remittance of pension contributions.
