The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has introduced new digital study portals to help students prepare for the 2025 West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE).
These resources are part of WAEC’s endeavour to give students the tools they need to succeed.
Dr. Amos Dangut, Head of the Nigeria National Office of WAEC, made the announcement at a news conference on Thursday.
Dr. Dangut revealed that WAEC has made critical resources available to candidates in the WASSCE Core Subjects, Arts Subjects, Science Subjects, and Commercial Subjects to help students prepare effectively for the upcoming exams.
“WAEC E-Study Portal is the approved exams preparatory platform, designed for candidates preparing to sit the WASSCE. This enables schools, teachers, and students to access past WASSCE questions (multiple-choice or theory-based), learning plans, marking schemes, and performance insights.”

Students preparing for Arts, Science, and Commercial subjects can now log on to waec.estudy.ng to begin their exam preparation journey with data-driven insights. “The portal enables candidates to identify their weaknesses from previous exam patterns and offers guided solutions to strengthen their performance,” said Dr. Dangut.
In addition to the E-Study Portal, WAEC has also introduced WAEC Konnect—a digital interaction hub designed to bridge communication between candidates, schools, and WAEC officials. The platform not only keeps stakeholders informed with real-time updates, but also provides direct access to previous question papers, answers, and Chief Examiners’ Reports.
